1. Return Window
We offer a 14-calendar-day return window on all CardioX orders placed through this site, in accordance with consumer protection principles under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable US state consumer protection law. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must:
- Be in its original, unopened, sealed condition.
- Be returned with proof of purchase (order reference or delivery confirmation).
- Be shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used bottles.
- Products returned after the 14-day window.
- Products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@removebio.shop with your order reference number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in error or damaged on arrival.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer - please include your bank details when contacting us.
